My name is Lisa Papke and I am the owner of Body and Soul Massage. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the Lakewood area since 2004.  My practice focuses on CranioSacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage and serves individuals of all ages needing healing, release, and relaxation. In addition to these modalities, I also offer Swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal and hot stone therapeutic techniques.

I am a passionate life long learner and enjoy continually educating myself about the body and modalities that enhance healing.
